Direct bank deposit for freight payments (recommended)

We give you the option to process your payment via direct bank deposit.

To make a payment for your Freight Forwarder Quote Online service, please check your invoice and forward your payment to the following:

Thinking about fees? No worries! There are no transaction fees applied when paying via direct bank deposit. Note that we do banking transactions via CitiBank.

PayPal for freight payments (recommended)

You can securely pay online via our PayPal account.  Send your payment to info@freightforwarderquoteonline.com. You can even pay on your mobile.

We make freight payment easy with credit card payments, however, we only accept the following credit cards:

When to make your freight payments

It is important to know exactly when you need to pay for your freight.

Local and international courier

In order to proceed with your local and international courier services, we will require upfront payment based on the final quote supplied.

Export shipments

Payment for air or sea consignments when exporting will be required once the “Bill of Lading” has been issued.

Import shipments

Payment for air or sea shipment when importing is required prior to delivery.

How we handle transaction fees on payments

It is important to know how transaction fees on freight payments are handled. Read on to find out what we do.

Do you charge fees for direct bank deposits?

No. In fact, because there are no fees when directly depositing, we recommend this method. That way we save you more money.

Do you charge fees for using credit card or PayPal?

No. There are no fees charged by us when you pay via credit card (see what credit cards we accept) or PayPal. However, PayPal does charge you a small fee when pay with this method. How much depends on whether or not you are in the USA.

If you’re within the USA, read up on PayPal’s “Transaction Fees for Domestic Payments.” If you are outside the USA, then see PayPal’s “Transaction fees for Cross Border Payments.”

Do you charge fees when paying via international money transfers?

Yes we do, but they are on a case-to-case basis. It depends on which bank and country. Contact us on 1300651233 or send us a message and we’ll be happy to work out your freight payment details.
